Boston trio Quilt are getting ready to release their sophomore album, Held In Splendor, on January 28 on Mexican Summer, but in the meantime they’ve released the LP’s first single: “Arctic Shark.” This track is a promising preview of what’s to come with its softly psychedelic instrumentals (sitar included) and delicate vocal harmonies—audible fingerprints left by producer and Woods member Jarvis Taveniere.
